
no matter what time i go to sleep at night, whether its at 8 or even 7, i can never get up at the time i plan on it. i set my alarm at 5:47 everyday and always end up waking up around 6:44 an hour later. This gives me no time to do what i want, cant eat breakfast or take the time out to do my hair, nothing. everything is rushed. when my alarm sounds, i end up saying 5 more minutes.. which ends up being 25 minutes, then an extra 25 minutes and another 25 minutes. ive even googled "how can i wake up on time for school" because i was so desperate.! lol i feel like my bed is more comfortable when i have school to attend. my bed possesive and doesnt want me leaving. in the mornings, i try talking to myself to wake up. it works sometimes :D but only 3 more months to go.. any tips.?

I have the same problem! I wake up at 6:45 when I want to wake up at 6. what I do sometimes is set like 4 different alarms lol. IT WORKS!
I don't have any tips for you I end up waking up an hour later but lately i get up when my alarm goes off but I'm still sleep deprived but maybe you should set your alarm an hour earlier or maybe even 3 hours earlier because it might work better for you because you will get up a little earlier.
I say put on Multiple alarms...it helps me because im such a Snooze button addict lol
This sooo true. OMG, i have the same trouble getting out of bed in the morning. Normally i wake up at 5:50, but sometimes i dont get up till 6:30..making everything a rush..
Maybe you could try some dreaming techniques? I don't know... Good for me that I just wake up when my alarm goes off.
You should try turning off the TV before you go to sleep and then just relaxing in bed. Then you'll kind of train yourself to go to sleep sooner and eventually it will just become a normal sleeping habit. Also, try listening to a sound machine.

I would rather stay in my bed than going to school. But hey you do watcha gotta do. Only two more months to go for you so just finish off strong.
Helpful tip: when your alarm rings you should roll off your bed onto your floor. Thats suree to wake you up !! :)
