so, i resently found about howard stern's cruel remarks about precious star gabourey sidibe. it wasnt too nice. "there's the most enormous, fat black chick I've ever seen. she is enormous. everyone's pretending she's a part of show business and she's never going to be in another movie. she should have gotten the best actress award because she's never going to have another shot. What movie is she gonna be in?" he said. unfortunetly, i still havent seen precious yet. but it is a movie that i think will catch my eye. so right now, i dont know how good of an actor she is. but if she was nominated, i think she must have been doing something right. he then started calling oprah a liar. saying she lied to Gabourey when she said she was going to have an acting career. i dont think there should be a weight limit for hollywood. i feel like if you have great acting talent, you should be welcome. he shouldnt make comments like that, because he doesnt know what shes going through. im not saying she is 100 percent fine the way she is. her weight is scary, and unhealthy. i do feel that her weight might be a problem depending on what type of roles in movies she wants to play. people will get tired of the same ol same ol. his rude behavior is definetly loosing popularity points. how many movies and TV shows has he been asked to be in?I would never want to listen to his extremely negative opinions as I started my day out. Ignorant is as ignorant speaks.

He is kinda right though.. What role would she play? There aren't that many moveies that would come about about a big girl.. If I was in hollywood and I was her I wouldn't want to always play the big girl but that's what she's going to play. She may not get another movie for another few years until they are looking for a big girl. Then she's competing with others.. Queen Latifah already has the hardcore big actress down. And no one can take monique's funny big girl roles.. Where does Gabourey stand?? I'm not saying Stern was ight for saying what he said, but that's what kind of person he is. You can't change people because you don't like what they say .... [<3]
Okay like I said before unfortunately he is right. Maybe parading around ranting on her weight and looks is grimy but I mean come on he was speaking the truth when he said that she wont get another role. Think about it precious was obese and meant to be that way as far as I know but when will they need her to fit another start role like that I highly doubt she will get another lead part in a movie for a while Honestly i think she should lose weight and her chances will probably sky rocket but if its any consolation she was pretty good in precious.
I heard about this on E! News two weeks ago. I think it is really stupid that he and his black co-host (before we can call it a racist remark) would say something like that. For their information, Sidibe already has two other projects in the works.

Thats rude and dis-respectful like who does this she's a very good actor and I dont see why he has to hate on her because she's shining and he not. I feel like if she's ok with her appearance then thats all that matters really.
